We found the staff at Holmes for Homes Almeria very accommodating and easy to get on with. After a short meeting with us was clear what we were looking for but also showed us other types of property from Villas to older Fincas this made the whole experience far more interesting and gave us a lot more to think about.

A few days ago Bill from Almeria Property Agency passed us with his car(we were out for a walk) he pulled over, and in the conversation we had, he asked us what we thought about the agency and was it possible to write our comments down. So here it is:

- Bill & Gemma were always kind and friendly. It was never too much to drive back to see a property for a second or a third (or even a fourth) time.

- And what was very important for us was, we never felt any pressure, from them, to sell us a house.

Note: After about 2 years of house shopping in Spain, we bought last year a property through Almeria Property Agency (tip: the location is more important than the property).

We realize that you earn your remuneration from the Vendors that you  serve, but that did not prevent you from giving full and honest answers  to the many questions we raised during our selection process, we felt  you genuinely wanted us to be happy with our purchase and if you didn't  have the property we were looking for, so be it. We are also grateful for the continuing guidance you have provided during the settling-in process, giving us helpful information about shops, restaurants, bars, tradesmen and the statutory services.
